Arrival & Access
Smart Lock: Use your unique door code. Please pull the door closed to ensure it fully latches and locks.
Early check-in / late check-out: When available, we’re happy to accommodate—please message us in advance.
House Rules (HOA + Ocean City Compliance)
We keep it simple: respect the home, the neighbors, and the city rules. These are strictly enforced.
- No parties or events. This includes unregistered visitors and loud gatherings.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (including decks/outdoor areas).
- Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy as set by HOA/city requirements.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home (including near open doors/windows).
- Parking: Use only assigned/marked spaces. Do not block driveways, sidewalks, or fire lanes.
- Balcony/deck safety: No open flames. Do not throw anything from decks.
Inside the Home
Kitchen
Stocked for everyday cooking: cookware, bakeware, utensils, plates/glasses, and basic pantry starters. Please clean spills promptly.
Coffee
K-Cup compatible coffee maker. Starter supplies are provided; feel free to bring your favorites.
Laundry
Washer/dryer available. Please don’t leave damp items in the machines.
Thermostat
Please keep settings reasonable and avoid extreme setpoints that can strain the system.
Trash & Recycling
- Bag all trash securely.
- Use designated bins only.
- Pickup timing is seasonal—follow posted guidance.
Beach Essentials
Seasonal beach items may include chairs/umbrella/toys. Please shake off sand before bringing items back indoors.

Checkout Checklist (10:00 AM)
- Start the dishwasher if used.
- Place used towels in the laundry area.
- Take trash to the outdoor bins.
- Double-check personal items (chargers, sunglasses, kids’ toys).
- Lock doors and close windows.
